1. Cold processing

Ultraviolet laser processing technology is the characteristic of material (metal and non-metal) cutting, welding, surface treatment, punching and micro-processing. 2. Fine coding

Among the flying laser marking machines, the wavelength of the UV flying laser marking machine is 355nm, and the wavelength of the fiber flying laser marking machine is 1064nm. Compared with the fiber flying laser marking machine and the CO2 flying laser marking machine, the wavelength of the UV flying laser marking machine is shorter.

 

Compared with the long-wavelength laser, the short-wavelength laser can obtain a smaller focal point, which is very practical in ordinary processing. Because the UV laser has the characteristics of short wavelength, small focal point, small heat-affected area, flexible and convenient processing, it can be realized

 

Fiber flying laser marking machines and CO2 flying laser marking machines will cause varying degrees of damage to the surface of the processed material, so the fineness of the inkjet printer is lower than that of the UV flying laser marking machine.

 

3. No consumables, low cost,

Before the emergence of the flying laser marking machine, the traditional coding method used inkjet printing, which made the use of ink consumables large and the cost of identification coding high.
