The difference between CO2, UV, fiber laser marking machine!

Fiber laser marking machine

UV laser marking machine

UV Laser Marking Machine uses a 355nm ultraviolet laser to hit the laser beam on the surface of various materials, directly breaking the molecular chains of the material through short-wavelength laser, thereby carving out patterns, trademarks and text, etc. Marking equipment for permanent marking.


Differences:

1. Different lasers: fiber laser marking machines use fiber lasers, carbon dioxide laser marking machines use CO2 gas lasers, and ultraviolet laser marking machines use short-wavelength ultraviolet lasers.

Ultraviolet laser is a technology that is completely different from carbon dioxide and fiber laser technology. Ultraviolet laser is also called a blue laser beam. This technology has low-heat engraving capabilities. It does not heat materials like fiber and carbon dioxide laser marking machines. The surface is cold light engraving.


2. The laser wavelengths are different: the laser wavelength of the fiber marking machine is 1064nm, the laser wavelength of the carbon dioxide laser marking machine is 10.64μm, and the laser wavelength of the ultraviolet laser marking machine is 355nm.


3. Different application fields: CO2 laser marking machine is suitable for engraving most non-metal materials and some metal products, fiber laser marking machine is suitable for engraving most metal materials and some non-metal materials, and UV laser marking machine can Clearly label all plastics and other materials that react adversely to heat.
